i had a really good experience with puls today.

the technician was super friendly and easy to talk to. he showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions lol.

everything got fixed quickly, and he even cleaned up afterward. i’d definitely use them again, especially because the tech was so nice

I had a tech come out to look at my TV, and while he was polite, it felt like he wasn’t totally sure what he was doing. He kept checking his phone, which made me wonder if he was figuring it out as he went or if they sent someone newer and hoped it would be fine. The issue never really got fixed, so I ended up calling someone else. Booking was simple, but the actual technical help wasn’t what I expected

I booked through Puls and, the tech showed up right when he said he would, which almost never feels like a thing anymore. He texted before heading over too, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Anyway, he got there, got straight to work, and the whole thing was just easy. No waiting around all day, which I really appreciated.

I had Puls come out to fix my appliance, and the whole thing was way cleaner than I expected. The tech kept his tools in one spot, didn’t spread parts all over the floor, and was careful around the area he was working in.
After he was done, he wiped everything down and took the old pieces with him. I’ve used other repair companies before where I ended up cleaning up dust and scraps afterward, so this was a nice change. Small thing, but it made the experience feel a lot better overall.

I’ll admit, I kind of assumed I’d forget the appointment the second I booked it, so the reminders from puls were actually really helpful. Nothing fancy, just simple heads-up messages that kept me on track. The tech showed up when I expected too, which I appreciated.

Had a bit of a scheduling mess at first, which was frustrating because, come on, getting an appointment lined up shouldn’t be that hard. But support did step in, got it sorted out, and once the tech actually came by, they fixed the issue just fine. So yeah, rough start, but it ended up working out.

My washer started making this awful grinding noise, and I was already bracing myself for some huge motor repair. I’m cautious with repair visits because I don’t like getting talked into things I don’t need, so I was paying close attention.
